Refund policy

  • In the case that the courier is still at the delivery destination, the customer may return the product. However, the customer must pay the shipping fee.
  • If the product is returned, the customer will receive either a refund or an exchange - whichever they wish.
  • For card purchases, the full amount will be refunded into your card within 3-10 business days. And, for cash on delivery purchases, they will not pay the courier (except for shipping).
  • Regarding exchanges, the customer may return the product and we will send the item within 3-10 business days.

*Free shipping on returns and refunds will only be applicable in the case that the customer received a wrong product or a wrong size than what they have been invoiced - according to their online purchase.*
